MSL Notary & Signing Services provides professional notarization, apostille facilitation, document signing, I-9 verification, estate planning support, ink-rolled fingerprinting, correctional facility notarization, and related mobile notary services.

We are not attorneys licensed to practice law and cannot give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. All services are performed in accordance with applicable state notary laws and regulations.

3. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our website and services after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate, current, and complete information when booking services.
Ensuring that all signers are present, competent, and have valid identification.
Understanding that MSL Notary & Signing Services cannot notarize unsigned, incomplete, or blank documents.
Complying with all applicable laws when using our services.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in the refusal of service or cancellation.

5. Fees and Payments

All fees are clearly communicated before services are rendered.

Fees may include:

Notarial fees as permitted by state law.
Travel or mobile service fees, which may vary based on distance and time.
After-hours, weekend, or holiday fees as applicable.

Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. MSL Notary & Signing Services reserves the right to refuse or cancel service for nonpayment.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that situations may change.

Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a refund (minus any travel expenses incurred).
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may be subject to a service fee. Refunds are not provided after services have been completed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MSL Notary & Signing Services and its owners, employees, or contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to errors in notarization, document rejection, or reliance on information provided on this site.

All services are performed in good faith based on the information presented at the time of signing.
