2. Complete the Apostille Request Form:
To streamline the process, please complete our Apostille Request Form before your appointment. This form collects all the necessary details to ensure we process your request accurately and efficiently.
The form is available for download on this page. Please fill it out and return it via email, or bring it to your appointment.
3. Document Review & Preparation:
We carefully review your documents to ensure they meet all state and international requirements. If notarization is required beforehand, we can provide mobile notary services for added convenience.
Please note: Some documents must be issued by specific agencies or certified by the County Clerk before they can be authenticated through the apostille process. We’ll guide you through that if needed.
4. Notarization (if needed):
If your documents require notarization, we’ll handle the process efficiently and accurately either at your location or at a convenient meeting point.
5. Submission to the Secretary of State:
Once your documents are properly prepared, we submit them to the appropriate Secretary of State’s office for Apostille certification. We can process documents issued in Georgia or provide guidance on handling out-of-state documents.
6. Pickup, Delivery, or Shipping:
After your Apostille is issued, we offer flexible return options:

7. Turnaround Time:
Most standard Apostille requests are completed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on processing times. Rush services are available for an additional fee when time is of the essence.

Fees include pick-up and delivery within a 10-mile radius of our office. There is an additional

Expedited service is an additional fee - $100
