Some documents (like a Will) may require witnesses in addition to notarization. We can provide witnesses if needed for an additional fee.

2. Can you draft my estate planning documents?
No. As notaries, we cannot give legal advice or draft documents. We only notarize signatures on properly prepared documents. Please consult an attorney for document preparation.

3. What forms of ID are acceptable?
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required (Driver’s License, State ID, Passport, Military ID).

4. Do you offer same-day appointments?
Yes! We offer same-day and emergency notarization for estate documents when available. Additional rush fees may apply.
