Whether you are managing personal matters, business transactions, estate documents, or international requirements, our structured process eliminates confusion, saves you time, and keeps you informed every step of the way.

What is an Apostille?

An Apostille is a form of authentication issued by the Secretary of State that verifies the authenticity of public documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, powers of attorney, and notarized documents for use in countries that are members of the Hague Apostille Convention.

Our Apostille Process?

We make the Apostille process smooth, organized, and stress-free by combining mobile notary services with document coordination and administrative support.

1. Initial Consultation

We begin with a brief consultation (phone, email, or in person) to review:

  • The type of document(s) requiring Apostille

  • The destination country

  • Any deadlines or urgency

This allows us to determine the correct process and ensure your documents meet all requirements before submission.

2. Apostille Request Form

To streamline processing, clients complete an Apostille Request Form prior to service. This ensures accuracy, proper tracking, and efficient handling of your documents.

The form is available on this page and may be submitted electronically or brought to your appointment.

3. Document Review, Preparation & Coordination

We carefully review your documents for completeness and readiness. Our document administrative support services include:

  • Document coordination and preparation (non-legal)

  • File organization and secure handling

  • Deadline awareness and readiness checks

If additional steps are required, such as county certification or agency-issued copies, we provide guidance and coordination support.

4. Mobile Notarization (If Required)

If your documents require notarization before Apostille, we offer mobile notary services that meet you at your home, office, healthcare facility, or another preferred location for maximum convenience.

5. Submission to the Secretary of State

Once documents are properly prepared, we submit them to the appropriate Secretary of State for Apostille certification.

  • Georgia-issued documents are handled directly

  • Out-of-state documents receive guidance and coordination support

6. Scanbacks, Tracking & Status Updates

Throughout the process, we provide:

  • Secure scanbacks (when applicable)

  • Document tracking

  • Client follow-ups and status updates

So you always know where your documents are and what comes next.

7. Pickup, Delivery, or Shipping Options

Once Apostille certification is complete, we offer flexible return options:

  • Local pickup or hand delivery (when available)

  • Secure shipping via USPS, FedEx, or UPS

  • Overnight shipping available upon request

8. Turnaround Time

  • Standard Apostille processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the Secretary of State’s processing time.

  • Rush services are available for an additional fee when timing is critical.
